Well located in Dallas, Hôtel Swexan provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Property was clean, extremely cool and accessible. Staff was super nice and helpful. They were all very polite and professional. I travel for work every month since years, I have never met any staff so courteous and welcoming. I wish I could go back to Dallas more often to visit again this hotel.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Ritz Carlton . staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
