I love everything about this hotel. From the valet staff at the entrance door to the check-in counter. Everyone was very friendly. (Donna helped me the most)! Other staffs were always smiling and asking if we needed any help.

We spent our final two nights in Chicago at the Hilton Garden Inn in the southern part of downtown Chicago and had a great experience. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the museum area of Chicago, with the so-called Museum Campus within walking distance. We also very much enjoyed the more cultural vibe compared to the northern part of downtown Chicago. Our corner room on the 24th floor immediately impressed us with a mesmerizing view over the city. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent (with an especially nice shower), and the air conditioning helped to maintain a comfortable temperature (although we’d recommend turning it off at night because it can get quite loud). We didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast or the ground-floor restaurant, so we can't comment on those. Overall, we had no complaints and would absolutely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone looking to explore the southern part of downtown Chicago.

Great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and big rooms. New and clean hotel. The breakfast was great. A lot of options. Decent brands. Nice breakfast area. Special thanks to Ashley at the kitchen. She was very helpful during my previous stay as well.

In a prime location in the South Loop district of Chicago, Hampton Inn Chicago McCormick Place is located 2.7 km from Field Museum of Natural History, 3.1 km from Grant Park and 3.2 km from Art... it was a nice place to stay, we are very happy to be here. the staff were very accommodating and very kind. will definitely choose this place again when we come back. thank you for welcoming us from the very start!
