Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge... The location was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were great (especially Alison, the concierge).

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous.

Aaliyah at the front desk deserves a heartfelt thank you for assisting me with an early check-in. Your kindness and efficiency made a great start to my stay. Additionally, Alice at Terrace 16 provided top-notch service during my meals, making each dining experience delightful. I must also express my gratitude to the entire housekeeping staff, bellmen, security personnel, and all employees of this magnificent hotel. Your hard work and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and genuinely enhanced my experience. Thank you once again for an incredible stay. Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở trung tâm Chicago, cùng cung cấp trung tâm thể dục và Wi-Fi miễn phí. Loved staying at the Kasa! Great location. 10-15 minute walk to all the attractions by the river! Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the areas with various range in price. Magnificent Mile was 2-3 blocks away on Michigan Avenue and the Riverwalk at the of of Michigan Avenue. Lots of great amenities in the condo, a full fridge, stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, washer and dryer and everything you need to cook if you so choose. Whole foods was across the street, very convenient to buy a few staples, wine and spirits. 711 was also close by for late night stop for milk, bread, etc. Bed was so comfortable! Bathroom had great water pressure and water temperature was ralky nice. Liked doing laundry before leaving so can pack clean clothes in luggage and not have to do laundry when we got back home. Liked having coffee and tea available along with milk/sugar, nice touch. Front desk security staff were really nice and friendly and gave great recommendations for sights to see and restaurants to visit! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Kasa.

Our stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of it. Personel was very polite, helpfull and thoughtfull. The room was absolutely perfect. From towels, bedding, night lights, shades everything was thought of. The in room bar was amazing they had some pre-prepared bottled coctails to enojoy. This hotel is beyond 5 stars - it has much more. Attention to details and the smallest plesures that make the real difference between 5 star and real luxury. Perfection. Thank you Park Hyatt.

Location was just perfect, so close to everything. The view was so beautiful and it was amazing too see how the city view changed during the day. Room was really comfortable and big. Having a kitchen was really nice, because I really enjoy having my own long breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
