Riu Plaza Chicago is attractively situated in the centre of Chicago, and features a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. Where do I start? I honestly think this is the hotel with the best price/quality ratio in the zone. All their workers were extremely helpful and helped us in every thing we needed. The price is way better than any other hotels around, the rooftop is amazing, everything is brand new since the hotel was built from scratch and opened in Summer 2024, rooms were always clean and beds so comfortable. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING, so big and so many variety. Also the location is perfect, just half block from Magnificent Mile and a mile away from The Bean, Art Institute, Grant Park, a mile away from the Lakefront trail, less than 2 miles away from Navy Pier. A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. Amazing gym, pool and the room was super nice. Bed was also very comfortable.

Stunning, modern, luxurious hotel in a great location right in the heart of Chicago. The room was large and very comfortable. the hotel facilities were all excellent and the staff outstanding.
