This 1920s-inspired boutique Spectator Hotel in Charleston is less than 4 minutes’ walk from the historic Charleston City Market and Port of Charleston. Loved the staff and amenities. It made a one night stop on our road trip so relaxing and set the tone for exploring the city.

This 4-star Downtown Charleston hotel is 3 minutes' walk of Charleston City Market and Waterfront Park. The hotel offers a rooftop pool with mosaic bottom, free WiFi, as well as 2 on-site restaurants.... An absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms were huge and the beds comfortable. The staff were fantastic. The pool area on the roof was wonderful.

Located in Charleston, 500 metres from Charleston Waterfront Park, The Loutrel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, great variety. Loved all the extra touches including the free snacks and beverages. Room was immaculate and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

This Charleston French Quarter art-focused hotel includes 2 hotels—19 Vendue and 26 Vendue—dating from 1780 and features rotating art exhibits and tours. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel came with many perks like pastry in the morning, sherry/brownie in the afternoon, cookie at night. The interior decoration was awesome and the location could not be better.

Located in historic Charleston city centre 3 minutes' drive from the Charleston Historical Museum, the South Carolina Church Street Inn offers luxury townhouses. The staff were outstanding in every way. Any query was addressed immediately. A special mention for Yonnie Baldwin and Melvin Burkes. The location was great-near the free bus stops and a reasonable grocery section in a nearby Target. The markets were only a few steps away, as were horse and carriage rides. Car parking was nearby. We would highly recommend.

In the centre of Charleston, located within a short distance of Charleston Waterfront Park and Rainbow Row, 195 East Bay offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a toaster... The location of this apartment was incredible and the hosts were very accommodating! My kids were a bit cold the first night, but after texting with the host, two more brand new blankets showed up later the next afternoon.
