The lovely man at the counter apologised and was happy to give us a room upgrade. A lovely hotel in a great spot in Brooklyn.

Loved the breakfast setup they had and the fact that it was all day. Every single staff member I talked to was so ridiculously nice, they even let us pick which floor we wanted to stay on. Room was nicer than I expected and the bed/pillows were so comfy. The location is also excellent with everything you need a short walk away.
