The hotel is brand new and clean. Guests are well behaved and staff are approachable, responsive and helpful. The hotel is close to the number 2 and 5 trains. There is a large secure supermarket with a friendly owner across the road as well as a Dunkin and burger king. Avoid the delis and walking around at dusk.

This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at for this price, and it even incl breakfast though we never got to try it. Our room was cleaned every day and the Bronx isn't as bad as everyone says. It’s only about a 2min walk from the train station!
