This historic guest house is located in Boston's Back Bay district, only 2 minutes' walk from the Hynes Convention Center and various shops along Newbury Street. The hotel is in a wonderful location, within short walking distance from the convention center, shopping center, and the parks. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an espresso machine available in the lobby for the guests to use .

In a prime location in the centre of Boston, No. 284 provides rooms with free WiFi less than 1 km from Hynes Convention Center. Great location, the building is great, and the room is awesome. Metro is just 2 blocks away, very easy to get around

The location was amazing, close to transit and in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The size of the place was small, perfect for 2 people on a short trip.

We didn't have a car so can address parking. Small bathroom not an issue as I'm 5" but may be a challenge for big people.
