Located in the heart of Downtown Boston, this Hyatt is a short walk from shopping and dining at historic Faneuil Hall. Booking.com did not tell me I needed a extra 100 for room damage i waz literally in tears when hotel told me this I was in my wheelchair with my dog I was almost having to sleep outside with him cause booking failed me luckily woman from hotel covered cost I felt so bad but at same time I had no where to go at last min I will never use them again ty to the manager that help me god bless

WiFi access is available. the hotel location is great just center of all historical places. it was super clean, staff was very friendly. early check-in was a accepted and upgraded our room free of charge. I will not look another place to stay next time. Definitely it will be our first choose.
