Great location close to all Washington has to offer. % minute drive into the Capitol, Whitehouse etc. The apartment is clean, and a great size, we really enjoyed our stay here. Car parking in the building is easy and you can go in and out as many times as you please.

This downtown Arlington hotel is located 8 km from Washington D.C. It offers a free transfer service to and from Ballston Metro Station and a free breakfast buffet. Free WiFi access is offered. The location was great! I travel with my husband , my 9 yr old son and my 2yr daughter. Every hour they have a free shuttle that takes you to the Ballston Metro Station and picks you up as well when returning g to the hotel. One day we did not wanted to sit for the shuttle to pick us up and we walk through a very nice neighborhood and it was only a 10 min walk form the metro to the hotel. The hotel has free parking as well. Is near a lot of restaurants just walking distance. Rooms were big and beds were very comfortable. Cleaning was excellent as well. The room had a small fridge but bigger than the standard you find in others. It also had a microwave. We had breakfast included and for the price it was more than we expected. They had boiled eggs or scrambled. They had a Machine to do your own waffles , bagels, bread English muffins, orange , apples, instant oat meal, cereals, 3 different kinds of d of juice, tea, coffee, instant chocolate, muffins or other pastries. Hotel staff was super friendly and always willing to answer questions about best spots in DC and how to get there. We went every day to DC and it was only a 20 min commute to the Smithsonian Station. I will definitely stay there with my family again. The only thing they do not have is a Laundry room so I had to look for one (less than a mile away but not the best one) .

The location and the appartment amneties, as well as the responsiveness of the hosts. Overall the appartment is well furnished, bright and sunny with a great city view. There is a gym in the building, which is very convenient and it is walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and grocery shops. We might only recommend to have an extra set of towels per room. Other than that, everything was great👍

Had dishes and appliances. Washer and dryer too! Easy to access. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
