If they do not know something they make the effort to get the information from someone who has the answer. All the staff members are wonderful but I want to specifically name Bogdan and Angelique as being invaluable to making my stay go very well. They are both extremely kind and hard working. In my view staff is the most important component of a successful hotel, and the Queen Bee Hotel certainly has it.

You could see both, the humanity and professionalism in them, they were very patient when I tried to speak Ukrainian as a foreigner (despite the fact that it was not their first language). There is nothing I can complain about. I hope to go back in the future.
