The staff was good and very accomodating.

Sort of succeeded. The bath and spacious bathroom was nice. Smelled of smoke and we found an old dirty duvet stuffed in the cupboard. Not too clean on surfaces but bedding was clean

The balcony was an added bonus, although we didn't stay outside for too long due to hot weather.
