Excellent location with a metro station within view of the hotel. The metro in Taipei is excellent, easy and very clean. Room was very large as was the bathroom. Staff was helpful and polite, most speak English. Outside of the center, and the green hills across the street were lovely. Did not use the pool or have the breakfast. Tea and coffee in room, along with a fridge. Many places to eat within walking distance. Very comfy bed!

We are very impressed about the receptionist’s attitude. Very friendly and professional. We like the breakfast and all day coffee/ orange juice available. The service is excellent.

They free upgraded my room to suite...its completely an outstanding room with jacuzzi but due to time constraints, I don't have chance to used it. MRT station just by 400m walking. Just 1 station away is Shilin night market. Overall location is good and I enjoy my stay here.

Yusense Hotel is set in Taipei, 600 metres from National Palace Museum and 1.4 km from Zhishan Cultural and Ecological Garden. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. My second stay here. Perfect location to visit Palace Museum. Large room with comfortable bed, a proper desk to work and read. Beautiful scenery out of the window. Great shower room too. I love the fitness room with weights, treadmills, and also good view. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of selections. The staff was very kind and helpful. Lovely stay and would come again. Family mart close by.

I love the breakfast at this hotel. The cafeteria is clean and comfortable. The staff there are friendly. The breakfast menu changes every day. They provide fresh dishes, soy milk, steamed buns, fruits, side dishes... When I lived there, I never got tired of breakfast, and breakfast was the only thing that made me set the alarm and get up on time so that I would not miss a cozy breakfast every morning. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to the bus stop. You can go almost anywhere from this hotel. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby,which is super convenient. This is my first time writing a review for a hotel I have stayed at. The room was comfortable and clean. The common areas are also very clean. What I like most is that they have flexible hours to clean your room. They told me that all I had to do was let them know that my room needed to be cleaned while I was away. This way I can manage my time better. All other hotels I've stayed at before just rush you out so they can clean your room. What impressed me the most was the staff there. All staff I interacted with from the front desk to the cafeteria to housekeeping were friendly and courteous in every aspect.
