They were friendly but professional on the front desk. They upgraded my room so I had a hot tub bath. The shower was delightful. Best view from a toilet I've ever known. Comfy bed, fancy lighting, movie service on the telly, free laundry facilities. Cleaners are friendly and replace the water bottles as you use them. I extended my stay here.

What a nice surprise! Great location in the center of Taipei next to the central train terminal. Very quiet hotel, big rooms, comfortable bed. The hotel staff was particularly helpful with recommendations and making a difficult restaurant booking. Great tea and coffee in the Tea Room.
