Everything was super nice and comfortable, the best was the bathroom with the little pool. Service is great.

It is the best hotel in Beitou - Perfectly located in front of Beitou Library and Museum. It is easy to get to from Taoyuan Airport for a good soak. Facilities are kept very clean. Best of all is the ever friendly and hospitable staff.

Matatagpuan sa Taipei at 500 metro lang mula sa Beitou Hot Spring, ang Waterhouse ay nag-aalok ng mga naka-air condition na kuwarto at shared lounge. Cozy, clean, and near to the shops. I had my early flight in the morning, and i was supposed to miss the breakfast, but the hotel was able to prepare my breakfast in a container for me on the way to the airport. So sweet of them.

We had a group of 10 staying in 5 rooms. The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful at every opportunity. Darren was especially kind and helpful. There is a lot of attention to detail and the facilities both in the rooms and in the public areas was incredible. The hot springs tub in every room is a huge highlight. The breakfast is fantastic, they change it every day! Truly 5-Star. We will definitely be coming back!

Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Hotel Royal Beitou offers accommodation in Taipei, 2.3 km from New Beitou Hot Spring. The service was phenomenal. At check-in, we were greeted, offered herbal tea, and asked to sit down while checking in. I speak a little Mandarin and the check-in manager very kindly humored me by speaking with me in that language, then seamlessly transitioning into excellent English when he knew my husband would benefit from hearing what he was saying and/or that the directions might be complicated for me to understand. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us detailed suggestions on things to do and where to have lunch, then gave us a map where he wrote down notes on how to get to the places he suggested. Another front-of-house employee showed us to our room and explained all its features as well as how to use the en suite hot spring bath and the the hotel communal hot springs facilities. We really enjoyed our hot spring bath, and loved exploring the area, which was all walk-able from the hotel. The room was very modern and had interesting features such as a table that nested under a counter until it was swung out into the room when needed. They also provided great drinks and snacks in the room, already included in the room rate. Breakfast was good, though we were a little confused by the format of being able to order and also going to the buffet. Overall, we loved this hotel and Xinbeitou, and it easily was the most relaxing part of our trip.

The Gaia Hotel features accommodation with classic design and free Wi-Fi. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel which is PIACERE restaurant, Qiyan Chinese Restaurant, and Moon Shabu Shabu. everything was perfect. we were stayed for 1 night and they upgraded our room with private thermal bath tub. amazing! we can dip ourselves in our room without going down. feel relax and enjoy not to forget, ask them to pick u up in beitou station. they could pick up but we didnt know so we walk all the way hahaha. i would recommend this hotel.
