Offering a restaurant, Kindness Hotel-Hualien is located in Hualien. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Guests can enjoy free parking. We had a really good experience at the Kindness hotel. Staring from the front desk that was always sufficiently staffed and competent. Our rooms were clean (!), spacious and everything worked properly (temperature control, Japan style toilets etc). Breakfast was sufficient (some suggestions for improvement in the other section). Additionally, there were two coffee machines available in the lobby at all times and an ice cream and snack bar open most of the time And they served dinner every night. I would absolutely stay in this place again, very good value for money. The location is close to the train station which was convenient on our arrival and departure. Otherwise the neighborhood is not especially nice. But we got around (to hikes) with a driver and explored the town on foot.

Fupin Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Tungtamen Night Market and a 15-minute drive from Hualien city centre, where famous local cuisine and street food can be enjoyed. I was in a quiet location and the staff were excellent. Attentive and professional whilst extremely friendly

Location! At the side of city centre, which means away from the hustle bustle of the city centre but it is a very convenient location. There are few eateries for breakfast and we had a great Taiwanese dinner at Fu Gong Happiness Restaurant which is a short walk from the hotel. There is also a laundry just adjacent to the hotel.

Set in the city centre of Hualien, HiYes Hotel 勤天商旅-花蓮館 is only a 7-minute walk from the Hualien Railway Station. Wi-Fi access is available for free throughout the building. The breakfast and dinner were very good, some dishes were refined (the fish with the taiwanese plum was terrific). Even the dumplings, prepared in front of you, were so tasty.

Mostly comfortable, spacious There was a group of maybe 100 students that checked in on the same day as me, I could hear them loudly in the corridor but much less in the room so the sound proofing was good.

If ever when we will travel again will choose this hotel. Is very convenient too. Is very near to night market with nice food.
