Food and room was great. Lounge facilities and timings were superb. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Especially Guest relation Manager Deniz. She was very helpful. Also the front desk bell Boyz Chagan and Emzah were service oriented

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Izmir Alsancak. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Alsancak and close to public transport. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience and great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, location is perfect, personnel is friendly, breakfast is delicious. Rooms are spacious and quiet, couldn't hear any noise from the street or from other rooms.

We were not feeling good and the assisted us untill we got better, They called a doctor and took care of all our needs, for example they went to the pharmacy to by our medication.
