The front desk was very attentive and amicable. Without asking the supervisor/manager came out to help us with the taxi and our luggage. They were so kind! Helpful, attentive and polite. Breakfast was amazing. Cleanliness was great. We had a situation with the air conditioning but they came quickly and fixed it.

Very comfortable stay. Very professional and the staff was very helpful. Located close to the train station making things even more comfortable. Konak square and the Agora are walking distance. Shoutout to the staff at the reception in the evening (apologies for missing the name) who gave me a good idea of how to go about visiting Ephesus, Şirince and Selcuk on my own.

Set in Izmir, 3.6 km from Izmir Clock Tower, Punta Vista Hotel features air-conditioned rooms and a garden. Very comfortable, beautiful and clean room! It is absolutelt a value for money! The location is quite central with a lot of breakfast choices around and just a breathe away from Alsancak where you can find literally everything, restayrants, bars, cafes, nightlife, shopping! The hotel is great but the 5-star review is because of the staff and especially Soner!!! Soner made our stay there way more easy and pleasant. He is by far the most helpful and kind guy we have ever met!! He suggested us places to visit, eat and drink and he even helped us to order pizza at the hotel the first day we arrived there and we were really tired. Imagine yourself walking around the whole day and when you return back to the hotel finding someone who is willing to welcome you , listen to your experiences and ready to suggest things to do the next day. It's like you are staying at a friend's place. Soner thank you for everything! We absolutely recommend this place and we hope we come back one day!
