Staff was professional, friendly and their customer service was excellent. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious. It was buffet style and had so much options. The room itself was clean and comfortable with some awesome view.

Room, Breakfast and Location was very good and everything find well more than expected, We have met a nice lady called Seray she was very cooperative and make everything easier with a very nice smile, really it was amazing stay in such a nice hotel in a nice city ISTANBUL. For me I will promote the hotel to all my friends intended to visit Istanbul
