Just around a corner there is a ferry station that takes you to the other side of the bridge. Staff was wonderful and extremely polite, especially Ömer and Berk who were very helpful regarding anything I needed. At the very first day, I wanted to upgrade my room for the one with the Bosphorus view. They gave it to me as a complimentary without any charges, since they didn’t have any other guests there for the days of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back in future.
