Nos dejaron chocolatinas ,fruta y agua de cortesía. El personal es realmente amable. Y el spa ,sin duda, merece la pena visitarlo . Por estar alojado tienes un 20% de descuento en los tratamientos. Se encuentra a pocos metros del metro. Totalmente recomendable.

TZL Suites is the perfect location to begin your search. Our Luxury hotel blends current-day modernity with classic elegance. I stayed for business purposes for part of my trip and with family for the remainder of my trip in December 2023. My experience was truly exceptional at this hotel. I had read great reviews about TZL but now I can say I got to experience it for myself and can say without a doubt, it was one of the best places I have stayed at throughout my travels. The location is amazing. You are in the heart of Istanbul, but the nice part. You are close enough to shopping centers, cafes, bars, restaurants, attractions and boutiques, but you are not in a place that is loud and full of tourists. The Sisli and Nisantasi area of Istanbul is one of the upscale and nice areas where you truly get to enjoy the beauty of Istanbul. You are close to everything but in a nice and quiet and serene area away from the hustle of it all. I'm a very picky person when it comes to hotels. This place was so nicely and tastefully decorated and it truly felt like home. TZL is very clean and not only met our expectations, but went beyond. It is super comfortable and the staff truly are AMAZING. They really do go over and beyond and completely out of their way to make your stay memorable. Anything you need, you just ask and they will do everything they can to make it happen. It is exceptional that staff members at a hotel care so much about their guests and their experience. There was nothing we asked for that was not dealt with and taken care of within minutes. The breakfast is delicious. Again, the restaurant is clean, staff friendly and variety of food available for breakfast. A really good experience for us all. The wifi worked great for the business part of my trip. I didn't have any issues at all. My overall experience was excellent. The value for money-absolutely worth it. When you put all this together, our experience at TZL was nothing short of amazing. It's the staff, the comfort, the cleanliness, the facilities and the location which gave us this experience.

Best hotel we have stayed on our many visits to Istanbul so far! We booked Ada Suites due to the excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. The hospitality of the staff was second to none and nothing was too much for them. We had the pleasure of having Bilal and Haider on reception during our stay. They were both really welcoming, friendly and accommodated our needs during our stay - as were the other staff members we encountered. The room itself is much larger than the average room in Istanbul. It was clean, modern and had a little kitchenette area with a decent sized fridge, toaster and coffee/tea maker. Really impressed with the amenities. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of variety. The hotel itself is located in a superb location, close by to the shopping district with great links. Overall really satisfied with our stay and this will definitely be our first choice when we are back in Istanbul again!
