The staff was the best staff i’ve ever encountered in my many stays at 5 star hotels. They were absolutely amazing and kind, very helpful, Merler,moustafa, hamea, hazer and the very kind man at the front desk with the green eyes. They helped us find taxis, good restaurants, just helpful all around. I felt very safe in the hotel and comfortable and so did my friends. A fantastic experience and would go again to this hotel.

El Bentley Hotel Bosphorus fue completamente renovado en 2022. El establecimiento se encuentra en el centro de Estambul, el famoso distrito comercial y de moda Nişantaşı, y a solo unos minutos a pie... Location was perfect. Rooms were good. We enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was delicious too much variety. Thanks to Zoha Hilal Hilmi for their exceptional service.

From the moment I arrived, Nisren ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially during my recovery after surgery. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel completely at ease. Mourad was equally amazing, always delivering my food requests promptly and with a warm smile. He made sure that my dietary requirements were met, often going the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. Their professionalism and kindness truly set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering a luxurious and comfortable environment. However, it was the staff who made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Vakko Hotel to anyone looking for a stay that combines luxury with personal care. I can't wait to return in the future!

Featuring a fitness centre, bar and views of sea, Glens Palas Istanbul Nisantasi is located in Istanbul, 2 km from Istanbul Congress Center. We were travelling for a congress and we chose the hotel and area due to its proximity to the Congress venue. It exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, always smiling and eager to help with anything they could. Great breakfast and beautiful restaurant (a must!). Special thanks to our cleaning lady Nuriye who was the sweetest ever, greeting us every morning, bringing me flowers for International Womans Day and keeping everything extra clean and tidy. Special thanks to the people in the reception and all the breakfast staff. Finally, Nisantasi is a great place to stay, very safe, full of restaurants and coffee shops, modern neighborhood, close to Taxim square. Thank you for eveything Glens Palas.
