Everything was almost perfect. The staff was very polite, the breakfast was rich and one of the ladies in the kitchen was offering to prepare omelette every single morning, which was ready for not more than 3 minutes after giving a confirmation on my side. The room was perfect as well. The hotel and the room in which we were staying are well designed and there were disposable slippers in the room as well, which is something very important for us. I saw some comments from other guests complaining about the beds, that basically were 2 single beds put together and they were complaining that it wasn't comfortable, but trust me they are perfect, big enough, comfortable and the line in between is barely noticeable. The location is perfect, near all kinds of transport, Grand Bazaar etc

My room was very clean and smelt fresh.. The staff were brilliant!, especially Yemin. He was so helpful, friendly, polite and courteous. I needed a needle and thread and Yemin made it happen.. Abdullah helped with taking my deliveries to my room and carrying my bags to a different floor to have them weighed. Guys! Thank you both so much for making my stay exceptional. I will definitely be coming back.
