I was experiencing some issues witg my credit card to process payment (im from south africa) They never made a fuss about it and told me i can psy when i can. What im mostly grateful for was their help with one of those yellow cab drivers, the guy wanted to scam me. But the receptionist on site really came through for me. Very grateful

1 minute to Alibeyköy Metro and Tram station From our hotel, which is within walking distance, you can have a pleasant journey by metro to Şişli, Taksim, Beşiktaş, or by tram to Eminönü Balat line,... staff very helpfull and kind to me especially the receptionist Emcee and Isle. smiling good while attend customer.

Perfect restaurant is in the property, golf is not included but guests have preferences for booking tee time and discounts. nice terrace in the room, quietness and peace around

We liked everything, absolutely everything; from the staff, to the confort of the rooms and the hotel itself. It was a home away from home. And we can’t wait to return. They have parking, a must if you are tarvelling by car. The hotel It’s just a few minutes away by car from the main attractions in Istanbul. The breakfast is indeed by plate, but enough for one adult, it contains everything. And if you get tired of what you receive in the plate and ask the staff nicely, they can help you something else. They don’t make up the rooms daily, but you have a card you can hang on the handle of the door saying you need cleaning, and by the time you come back, you’ll find your room spotless again.
