Located in Istanbul, 7.8 km from Halic Congress Center, Mayar Residence Hotel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking and a shared lounge. Location is spot on. Considering the inability to drive a car in Istanbul, you have to use the public transit. Hotel is aprox. 100m from the station Kocepete, single metro line! M1, from city centre to the hotel. Flat was entirely new, with brand new appliances and utilities, bathroom also. Immaculate, tidy, no dust, or any sign of wear and tear in the apartment. 10/10 Staff was excellent! We were in an apartment with a master bed and 2 sofas in the living room. Sofas were extremely comfortable and able to extend in width to make a really comfortable bed to sleep on. Overall experince 10/10. Will definitely come again when revisiting Istanbul.

A very cozy house with a new modern renovation. The house has a good heating system. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the large window in the living room. Florina is 5 minutes by car. It was very nice that when we checked in, delicious croissants and a couple of bottles of water were waiting for us.
