Very accommodating and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, good location within 15 min walk to the metro M4 line (direct connection to SAW airport and the center of Istanbul). I liked the shower and there are nice amenities available in the bathroom. It is also within walking distance to a number of office towers, so traffic can be avoided. There is quite a number of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The whole place is very new, recently opened, which is always a plus. I really appreciated the free room upgrade and the hotel was very accommodating in approving my stay extensions, due to unexpected business trip changes.

A special mention to the lady who cleans the rooms – she does an amazing job and is so kind and friendly. I stayed here after my surgery, and everyone was incredibly helpful during my recovery. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also, don’t miss out on the chef’s amazing soups.
