Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, particularly Amira and Sukaina, for their kindness, good etiquette, hard work, and attention to detail. The restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. And the overall service is excellent, with staff handling requests promptly. Public areas are clean, and free Wi-Fi is available, making it a great option for both short and longer stays.

Concorde Les Berges du Lac is a luxurious hotel next to Lake Tunis. It is just 10 minutes away from Tunis-Carthage International Airport and has a swimming pool and spa. This is my 3rd time, the staff is extremely friendly, amazing food and clean rooms. It was a very nice stay and will remain my go-to place when i’m in Tunisia
