Situated above Central Department Store, Centara Hotel Hat Yai offers a rejuvenating spa and outdoor pool. Location is good, it's walking distance from Hat Yai train station (about 8 - 10 mins) and easy to walk to night market and shops for food and massage. They prepared a single bed for my booking of 3 pax, clean and quick response to request during the stay.

From the receptionist to the cafe staff and housekeeping. I felt welcomed, safe and well taken care of throughout my whole stay. The check-in/out process was hassle-free, even though my flight was late, the staff replied via booking.com messaging system promptly to assure me they have staff available at the timing I'll be arriving. The cafe serves amazing coffee and it's my must have every morning. Reasonably priced, their drinks and pastries are value for money for the quality. The room is gorgeously decorated to adhere to the chinese themed. Loved the layout of the room and how the space is well planned to ensure every inch serves a functional purpose. Everything is where i need them to be. The interior design makes the small room look spacious and cosy. All necessities are provided in the room with real comfortable beddings. They even have an air purifier in the room and automated bins. The bedside lamps are the best as the switch is right on top and you do not have to fuss through the dark to look for the switch. Ample power switches. Definitely my favorite hotel in Hatyai now. Highly recommended for an affordable luxurious stay.

Situated in the Hat Yai Downtown of Hat Yai, Get GuestHouse ( Sangsri soi 4) is set 5 km from CentralFestival Hatyai Department Store. From the hidden extras to the helpful staff, the location to the cleanliness and calm of the building. Any place or person wishing to set up as a host for guests should take note from here. I will use whenever I come through Hat Yai in the future.

Conveniently located in the heart of Hat Yai, Sing Golden Place Hotel boasts comfortable rooms with air conditioning. It offers an on-site restaurant and massage services. Location is very good. Staff was really friendly. Cleaness is satisfied. Staying with my family (with 3 kids) was really convinient. Parking also very easy. Overall is a good experience.
