Where to begin.. great location, great atmosphere, staff so friendly and helpful, large and clean rooms, very good breakfast and dinner options, nice swimming pool. Free taxi service to the centre on certain times but you can easily grab a red car via the app to anywhere. The staff is happy to help arrange trips or any requests. Would highly recommend!

Featuring free WiFi, Joy's House & Tour offers accommodation outside of Chiang Mai's city centre. The old city area is 15 km away. The 2 bedroom bungalow was perfect for our family of 4! We LOVED that the entire property is fenced in and the main gate mostly stayed shut. Our young kids roamed around freely while we relaxed in the central courtyard and it was lovely. The food (included breakfast, a la cart menu, and the food we prepared at cooking class) was delicious. The pool was quiet and peaceful, though very chilly! We loved the opportunity to book tours directly through the property. The elephant visit and bua thong waterfall excursion was an unforgettable experience. The cooking class provided a nice, quiet evening in and it was truly family friendly- our two year old loved it. There were little toys in the main reception area, bikes for use, and friendly cats to play with for our kids. WiFi was great, throughout the property. The shuttle to town (10 am and 6pm) was a nice perk, though it’s relatively easy to catch a ride whenever with bolt or grab! All in all, an excellent, family friendly accommodation.
