Small hotel, modern and comfortable, and still feels super new (because it is!). Staff is top friendly, room is perfect, bed is comfy. AC above the bed isn't ideal, but can be managed by fixing the swing position. Sundbed count is a bit tight, I'd recommend to management adding 2 sunbeds in the unused garden corner. And maybe add an access arrow/visual for the terrace sunbeds - took me a day before noticing them. Oh, and why not buy a 2nd toaster, so guests won't have to stand in line toasting bread in the (currently) one only device. Breakfast was okayish btw. No complaint - just minor thoughts for optimization at a hotel that's a 10 and totally worth the money!

Set in a colonial-style building in Chiang Mai, Ping Nakara Boutique Hotel And Spa offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a restaurant and lobby bar. The hotel is a lovely gem in the old town. You'd not expect this architecture in that street. It had a nice green pool area, the rooms are big, balcony nice, beds comfy and the staff was always very helpful and attentive.
