It's our second stay at Ascott. Very impressive experience. We got a free upgrade to Studio Executive. The room was spacious with kitchen and washing machine. Perfect for family travellers like us. Our 5-year-old boy had his birthday on the fourth day of our stay. The hotel surprised him with a cake! As for the facilities and service, the swimming pool was as great as always. There were a wide variety of breakfast options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

El Volve Hotel Bangkok, situado en una zona conveniente de Bangkok, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación BTS de Thong Lo y muy cerca a pie de centros comerciales, sitios para comer y bares cercanos,... I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—situated near great coffee shops, a shopping mall, and a train station, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel itself was spotless, with modern and stylish installations that made my stay extra comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

As a vegetarian, I had many options: cold and hot ones, not only sweet breakfasts. I never left the restaurant hungry. + Always polite and smiling hotel's employees who speak English well, so there were no communication issues. + Early check-in possible for an additional money (only upgraded room was available early in the morning) and the difference was refunded to us as an apology for a small mistake the hotel made (we even didn't consider it a mistake, we were fine with the situation). It was wonderful. + Good location, not far from BTS Green Line. + Very clean room, common parts of the hotel were kept clean and tidy, too. + Everything looks classy. + Air conditioner in the room. + Huge and comfy bed.
