The location is very convenient, you can get anywhere and the Nana BTS station is just one step away, there is a money exchange boot right at the corner. Staff is really nice, they are verry friendly and help me all the time, even open the trash bin for me to put the trash in! Check-in and check-out processes are very fast.

Nice hotel with great location. The beds and the comfiest I have ever experienced in a hotel! Overall the room was great size and nice decor. Loud loud street in the evening due bars and restaurants but the noise did not come to room at all. Nice pool, too bad we wanted so badly to explore the city that we kind of did not have time to relax by the pool :) The breakfast on the 9th floor and option to eat outside was nice.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They are friendly and are always available and happy to help. Room service is extremely fast. There’s nothing we did not like about it. Breakfast is fresh and tasty could use a little more variety for vegetarians however the kitchen were fine with making whatever you requested if you were not happy with the buffet. They have a shuttle to Nana. Which is great saves time instead of walking. (By walking only 5 minutes) The room is isolated from outside noise which really very good. They have a amazing swimming pool on the roof top which is breathtaking. The price is very very good. Overall a terrific place to stay.

As a first-timer in Bangkok, this was a lovely stay. Aside from being close to a 7/11 for any quick needs, the staff were friendly and greeted us every time we came in the hotel. They cleaned our suite every day unless stated otherwise. It was also close to Siam malls - likely a walkable distance if you do not mind it. It was very quiet and comfortable. The room was so spacious. We were able to get Ubers quickly and even got food delivered when we craved for it. We loved our stay!
