Featuring a terrace, restaurant and views of city, Mana Craft Stay is located in Bangkok, 3 km from Jim Thompson House. Mana Craft immediately felt like home. The owner was so incredibly helpful and attentive, and so accommodating of our early check in. The neighbourhood is a fantastic mix of creative cafes and food stalls and it’s close to the MRT station. It was such a joy to return here after a day out sightseeing. The coffee and food was incredible and the energy of the cafe and gallery space was special. We loved every second here and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else next time we go to Bangkok. It really made the visit perfect. If you’re considering a few options or you’re undecided about where to stay, stop looking and book a room here, you won’t be disappointed.

Beliggenheten like ved den travle markedsgaten i China Town. Mye god mat i umiddelbar nærhet. God og variert frokost, vi liker ekstra godt at det var alternativer til asiatisk frokost og ikke bare kontinental. Vi ble oppgradert fra Queen til King rom uten ekstra kostnader, noe vi selvfølgelig satte stor pris på. Rommet i 5.etg. oppleves romslig. Super med en lang krakk slik at vi ikke må legge koffertene våre på gulvet. Utsikten fra rommet var ikke noe særlig men vi valgte hotellet ikke på grunn av utsikten men på grunn av beliggenheten. De ansatte i resepsjonen var profesjonelle, mer europeiske i framtoningen enn de typiske veldig smilende og blide thailenderne som jobber på andre hoteller i Thailand. Damene som jobber i frokostrommet derimot ga veldig åpenhjertelige vibber og varme.

Set in Bangkok and with Wat Saket reachable within 2.1 km, Oldthaiheng Hotel offers a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Very friendly staff who helped my out with finding good spots to work and relax, finding good places to eat and they were very understanding about my allergies. Location is good, 4-minute walk to metro station. Breakfast is not exceptional, but decent and sufficient (choices of different types of breakfast). Facilities are basic (but don't need much), super clean, wifi is excellent. Also very responsive and understanding about the requirements for the Thailand pass.
