Customer service is really amazing Everything is possible and the staff really make things happen to solve every situation and please you all the time. They are always with a smile on their face. The area is quiet and near the MBK shopping mall and Silom.

Excellent, comfortable rooms with extremely nice beds. Bonus was having free Netflix to watch in the room. Each room has its own wifi router which you can access with password. Plenty of storage space. The common room on level 2 was very handy to have. In addition to the biscuits and coffee, there was a selection of buns and pastries provided on the weekend. We were allowed to stay there after check out since our flight was at night. You can also leave your bags at the front desk after you check out if you plan to visit other places. The shuttle bus to Union Mall was very convenient and quick and saved us a lot of walking in the heat. It is available till midnight on most days. The front reception ladies were very helpful and called us a taxi to the airport.

Although I’m claustrophobic I have no problems in there. There’s even storage there for luggage and a place to lock up your valuables (need a small lock)
