Located a short walk away from Chalok Baan Kao Bay, MAR24 Koh Tao Hotel features an outdoor pool and sun terrace. As a solo female traveler who had a longer stay, MAR24 was a place of safety and comfort for me. From the reviews you can see that the facility is great — it is! Beyond that, it was the details that showed a lot of care such as fresh towels and snacks outside our door every morning. Or getting a quick ride to the nearest ATM. I am so grateful to the staff for the warmth they shared. I will miss them and hope to come back in the future!

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, Greenery Resort Koh Tao is located in the south of Koh Tao Island, 1.3 km from Mae Haad Pier. Cozy rooms and its nice to see the garden with plants from the balcony. The location is also very good, I could walk to most places by foot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended especially considering their good prices!

Located 1.2 km from Shark Bay and 1.3 km from Mae Haad Pier, Aukotan Place offers comfortable rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. Recommendations! I will come back for sure.

Koh Tao Tropicana Resort is a 1-minute walk from Chaluk Bankao Beach. It offers rooms and bungalows with free Wi-Fi. The property features a tour desk and free private parking. It’s clean, nice place, comfortable! The balcony is really nice. The staff were helpful. Really quiet and relaxing vibe. Beach walking distance. Good location a bit further from the crowd. The fan is enough during the night but it’s a bit hot during the day.

Staff was nice as you would expect from Thai people, we were able to stay at the hotel after checkout to wait for out departure. Nice pool, big rooms. Big fridge in the rooms and a closet as well. Good working A/C. Food in the restaurant is nice, we didn’t have breakfast though. Beautiful little balcony. All in all a nice stay with nice location!

Really nice place, super comfy beds and great social area in front on the place as well as on the third floor where there bean bags and card games etc. Also ice cold water for free that you can fill your water bottle with. And the staff was really nice. Would definitely recommend, we met many backpackers also staying here.

Easily one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Facilities and amenities spotless and top notch. I mean, it's an Alice in Wonderland-themed hostel in the jungle with a scenic view of the island, which is awesome. You're a short drive or walk away from everything, and taxis are easily accessible. But that's the not the best part. The best hostels are the ones where the staff is involved and motivated to create a great atmosphere for travelers. This hostel does that and more. The family who runs the hostel is SO kind. They'll remember your name, make you feel welcome, and they put in a ton of work to running events at the hostel and curating activities around the island for all different tastes. They even make their own little infographic ads for suggested activities! I was blown away by Valerie, every volunteer, and everyone involved here. Super social and fun, but you'll sleep great at night if you want to get up early and dive or anything. When I come back to Koh Tao, this is the only place I'm staying!
