From the first contact with Tom until the transfer to the pier on the day of departure, everything was just excellent. Tom and his team and mr. Pon our taxi driver looked after us really well and made sure we lacked nothing during our stay. Questions were quickly answered and every wish fulfilled in no time. For example, I asked for snorkels one night late around midnight and the other morning at 8 a.m. someone from Tom's team already came to our villa to bring us the snorkels! I was traveling with my 2 kids and we liked the private swimming pool and the spectacular surrounding views the most. The cleanliness and the comfort of the villa were also beyond amazing, with a fridge which is (re)filled with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks every day. Honestly, if you are in the privileged position to spend a few days in this wonderful villa on this beautiful island and still have something to complain about, you should never set foot on this island again!

This hotel is amazing. I planned on staying 4 nights and extended my stay to 7 nights when I got there. The resort is clean, very nice, with magnificent view of the ocean and Shark bay (great for off-shore snorkeling). Rooms are spacious, spotless clean and the view is the best you can have - directly on the ocean, with nothing in front - cannot top that! Due to a location on the cliff, the resort isn't in the town, but by scooter, shuttle or taxi it is a quick 10-15min drive to the center. There are also many stairs, but again - cliff position, so it is unavoidable. Staff is very nice. Mr. Nice at the reception desk will make your stay into a dream one, by helping out with every question or request you may have. Breakfast is generous and also the meals at the restaurant are really tasty. The prices are a bit high (also at the pool), but nothing extraordinary. Spa - I went to a Thai massage 2x - first one was AWESOME, but the second one very disappointing, so I guess it depends which therapist you get. If you are a scuba diver or you have always wanted to try - this is the place to do it. I did my Open Water Course here and the instructor and facilities are the best one can get. So, if you decide to do it, ask for Pierre and you will be in the best hands. Overall ... this resort got my hear the first second I have opened the balcony door and heard the ocean, and it has not disappointed.

My stay at the villas was exceptional! Such a beautiful and peaceful place with magical views. The rooms are very clean and are well designed with many little touches. I appreciated a lot having candles on the terrace for a nice atmosphere. Snorkeling at the sun deck was amazing! The swimming pool at the villa was perfect to cool down during the day. I liked the fact that the pools are cleaned daily. The fridge was equipped with items that were possible to purchase (eggs, butter, bread, jam), and it was also possible to order the delivery from the nearby restaurants directly to the villa. I would like to mention the hotel employees who are truly exceptional and go above and beyond to make the stay very special: all the reception employees as well as bellboy Jan and driver Mike deserve a very special mention!

Auf der Insel Ko Tao empfängt Sie der Haadtien Beach Club mit einem Wellnesscenter. The staff, food, turtles, rooms, and view were exceptional. Surreal experience.
