Just wow! The JW Marriott Khao Lak is truly an exceptional hotel. Located an hour and a half from the airport, this hotel leaves a lasting impression from the moment you arrive. ### Arrival and First Impressions We were warmly welcomed with a delightful hibiscus drink and given a comprehensive tour of the hotel. They provided us with a schedule of activities, 90% of which were free for all guests. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, and I can't emphasize enough how amazing it was. ### Pools and Amenities The pools are enormous – there are around five or more, including the largest river pool in Asia that winds around the entire hotel. There are dedicated areas for kids, with two big pools featuring various games, while the rest are for adults. The amenities are top-notch, and the staff is exceptionally helpful, kind, and down to earth. ### Room Quality Our room was exceptional. We had two rooms with a living area and buggy service. The suite option is highly recommended over the smaller rooms, as it offers a significantly more pleasant experience. ### Dining The breakfast area is extensive, offering every option you could think of, including live cooking stations. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which included one lunch option per person and a three-course dinner per person. The portions were generous and perfect for our group of five. The hotel's restaurants are diverse and delicious, featuring Italian, Thai, Japanese, and international cuisine, as well as grills and pizza options near the pool. All the restaurants were top-notch, and we enjoyed every meal. ### Activities and Entertainment The hotel offers a vast array of activities from 8 am to 8 pm. The fire show on the beach at night was a highlight. We also participated in a bath bomb workshop at the spa, which was very enjoyable.

The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, they were really sweet and welcoming, thank you again! The whole place is brand new and super clean. Would definitely come there again!

This hotel on Kukkak Beach in Phang Nga offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and a restaurant with sea views. Bungalow room was spacious with separate shower in the bathroom. Ample toiletries supplied including beach towels, water daily. Breakfast was plentiful, staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. Food at the restaurant on the beach was great, a little ore expensive than those others along the beach. There were plentiful places to eat if you strolled out of the resort and turned right. Pool and grounds were beautiful but unfortunately the water is a bit too warm in both pool and ocean. Nothing obviously that can be done about that. Just remember it’s very warm in April and water isn’t necessarily refreshing. Perfect weather at night for dining.

The only problem is that the resort of a 90 minute drive from the Phuket airport. The resort is beautifully maintained.

Located directly on the Khao Lak’s sunset beach sided by a natural lagoon, Devasom Khao Lak Beach Resort & Villas is a resort found amid tropical garden and coconut groves. This hotel is absolutely stunning. Everything is beautiful, the rooms, the pools, the laguna, the beach, the restaurants and the service from the most welcoming staff is impeccable. I can highly recommend a Seaside Paradise pool suite, so beautiful and also booking a Private party on the beach, it's an experience for a lifetime. Com uma piscina exterior, o The Oasis Khaolak Resort está situado em Khao Lak, na Província de Phang Nga, a 1,6 km do Memorial do Tsunami - Rue Tor 813. Bas and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and kind. They made our stay wonderful and were very easygoing when it came to us bringing back our motorbike a couple of hours later than the period we rented it for. The rooms were comfortable and the swimming pool was nice and clean.

Ideal for couples. Ideal for people with independent transport. The restaurant meals were outstanding and excellent value for money as were the drinks. The staff were exceptional.
