Breakfast was a nice but steady variety, Anna who prepared them also baked fresh pancakes sometimes. Location is great for hiking the Triglav national park and Lake Bohinj area. Host George was also kind and helpful to tell us and recommend which hikes to try based on the weather etc.

Perfect destination for hiking and nature. We've visited a bit out of season but everything was comfy and clean, hosts are very nice people and explained in detail different trails and places we could visit. There's a free parking on site, dishwasher and various kitchen utensils. We've traveled by car, in general Ukanc is quite a remote village so to do groceries you'd probably need some sort of transportation, you can rent bikes in the hotel (at least I saw some signs about that) and we've also seen a bus running to and from Ukanc but make sure to check the schedule if you need it. Lake is a short 5 minutes walk away.

Smešten u srcu Nacionalnog parka Triglav, pored potoka Savica, pansion sa uslugom doručka Vila Park udaljena je samo 350 metara od Bohinjskog jezera. Everything was perfect. Fantastic view of the green river. Warm atmosphere especially around the fireplace. Lovely winter decorations. Excellent breakfast. Good coffee and cookies.

Apartmani Lake Bohinj su smešteni na svega 300 metara od obale jezera i na 650 metara od Ski centra Vogel. Gostima su na raspolaganju livada sa prostorom za sedenje i pribor za pripremu roštilja. Standalone detached unit, perfectly warm, cozy clean and quiet. Walking distance from the cable car lower station and the lake itself. Robert was a very kind and warm host, taking care of guests' needs throughout out stay. The apartment was not booked for the day of our departure, so we were allowed to check out later without any additional costs.

Apartmani Alpik se nalaze u mestu Ukanc u centru Nacionalnog parka Triglav, odakle se pešice brzo stiže do jezera Bohinj. The apartment amenities were 5 star in terms of furnishing, design,decorationd,lighting, kitchen supplies, bathroom and storage. This included an espresso machine with Lilly cspsules and milk frother and induction stove. I loved the occitane soap and shampoo provided in the shower. You could tell that an incredible amount of effort went into desiging this modern apartment. The view of the mountains from the geranium boxed balcony and windows was amazing. We also received a beutiful folder of information about activities in the area which was very useful. The grounds were 5 star. The property sits on the sparkling green river with multiple benches and or wooden picnic tables to enjoy the outdoors. You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and the waterfall hike from the apartment or just stroll along the many paths around the lake or into the mountsins. The vogel ski gondolla is just a 5 min drive or short walk. The nearest market is about 10 minute drive although you can walk to a restaurant/bar.
