If I can give more than 10 as rating i would, Very nice staff, friendly and generous. We have booked for one bed room,but they gave as 2 bed room with zero extra charge. This is a great hotel , best location , very near to MRT. And especially nice people at reception. Totally worth it. Next time I go to singapore I will stay in Oxford hotel

Everything about this hotel is just so perfect and a beautiful experience for me. From service to breakfast to rooms and all. So beautiful and and a perfect location for sure. I will choose ibis bencoolen anyday and everyday.
