Lovely staff, we had an issue with a blind in our room they sorted it quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The staff are lovely, the pool is super clean, the gardens are also beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect for exploring Singapore! Good sized rooms for Singapore too and very comfortable.

JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La is conveniently located on the Orchard Road shopping district and a 2-minute walk from Orchard Boulevard MRT Station. We love the location and how close the MRT station to the hotel. The rooms are small but clean. We love the fact they give us a water filter in the room vs. water bottles. It’s also linked to the Tanglin Mall with gave us some options for local meals. All the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would stay here again next time.
