Located in the heart of the Novena District, Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena offers accommodations with views of Singapore's skyline. Very convenient as it is close to two malls and is direct on top of MRT. Room view is very nice and the room is very clean.

The facilities weee not great . However this was compensated by the fact that the customer service team headed by John was amazing . I was pleasantly surprised that the team offered a better level of service than what one would expect at the Hilton , Hyatt , Sheraton. John and his team are amazing ambassadors for their industry . And in fact they are wonderful ambassadors for humanity and I wish their hotel represented a microcosm of the world . I would recommend this hotel in light of the extraordinary service provided . Fragrance Hotel - Classic har en bekvem beliggenhed i Balestier, blot 10 minutters kørsel fra Orchard Road, Singapores største butikscenter. Modest, comfortable, very well maintained accommodation. The nicest staff, very responsive and welcoming. Everything is close by, stores, restaurants, bus, everything that is needed. This is my go to place while visiting Singapore.

Fragrance Hotel - Balestier ligger omgivet af populære lokale spisesteder i det nostalgiske Balestier-kvarter. Everything is great! All staff members are amazing, especially Kei Wee and Hidayah. It was raining hard on our check out date but they kindly help us with our luggages and umbrella as well.
