Set in Singapore, 700 metres from 313@Somerset, Coliwoo Orchard - CoLiving offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Since it is co-living and the other tenant cooks ( heavy frying with sesame oil ) in the common area of the apartment, the entry area and my room smell of the cooking even when the cooking is done. Poor ventilation. The set up is not suitable for heavy cooking as all other tenants are affected.
