lyf Funan Singapore by Ascott terletak di Pusat Beli-belah Funan. Ia menawarkan bilik-bilik berhawa dingin, taman, Wifi percuma dan pusat kecergasan. location is very well. there has underground arcade, so you don't need to challenge against weather. Staffs are absoultely kind. If I have a plan to go singapore again, I will stay here. But, Wifi is not much well then others. (It may be that I felt more prominent because I came from Korea.)

From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful right away. Luggages were taken care of the minute we stepped in the hotel. For our experience at Skai Bar — it was exceptional. Customer service was on point. Rozette and the manager took good care of us and even gave us drinks exactly to our liking. We loved every minute of it. For our experience at the wellness center, I booked us a tennis session, Siti guided us through the weather. Upon checking out, I didn’t mind waiting in line since it was a busy day for everybody. But Sharon saw and immediately took care of our check out. Talk about customer service. Going above and beyond the guests. We will definitely come back in our future visits in Singapore. A trip to remember! And of course, the room was amazing! From the design to the furniture. We checked in at a Deluxe King Room.

Grand Park City Hall berada 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen MRT City Hall dan Pusat Membeli-belah Raffles City. the hotel was accomdating by having our room ready shortly after arrival in the morning (although the location was not ideal); the crystal lounge was a real bonus. the staff was very accompdating especially the hostesses of the crystal lounge.
