Good central location right next to the station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable, the pool was a lovely bonus.

The rooms are huge. They're slightly dated but for the prices charged I would never complain. We arrived at 9am and didn't expect an early check-in but the female receptionist was extremely helpful and asked us to return after 11am whilst allowing us to store our bags at reception. The location is ideal as Ben Coolen MRT station is right next door for the Downtown Line to and from Changi Airport via Expo and all of the city centre. There's a 7 Eleven around the corner and also a smoking area outside the 7 Eleven. Beds were comfortable and it was lovely to have a bath in the spacious bathroom. The air conditioning was fabulous. There weren't any bedside electrical sockets to charge phones etc but it's no big deal when there are sockets near the TV.

We liked the location and how clean the room was every day. The hotel has its own Grab pickup, which is very convenient.

The place and ambience were really welcoming. The setup of the whole hotel feels very homely and comfortable, easy to find our way around. Location is perfect. All necessary amenities of good quality provided. Just next to MRT and easy access to restaurants and 7/11. Hassle free checkin and checkout. They do daily cleaning and laundry that was really great as the room felt brand new everyday, which we had to request not to coz we were only in the room for the night as we were sightseeing. Even coffee, towels and all get replaced in their daily cleaning. The staff were really supportive and friendly. I’m sorry i couldn't get the name of the lady who did out check in, but big shoutout to her for making us feeling feel very welcomed and made our stay great from the start and was willing to assist in our queries as first timers to singapore. Big shoutout to Ahgilan who was a very lovely soul and corporative in checking out and storing out luggages as we had a few hours to kill until our flight time. He went beyond and above to be supportive. Also would like to appreciate Grace and JJ for their support in making our stay comfortable. Overall really happy and would definitely recommend to stay at Village Hotel Albert Court.

Somerset Bencoolen offers stylish apartments in the central business district, just 27 metres from Bencoolen MRT Station. It offers an outdoor pool, a rooftop garden and free internet access. Excellent location with easy access to buses and trains. Excellent restaurants and a lively vibe with students from nearby schools around. Well set up for tourists but it didn’t feel touristy. The perfect location for a home base in Singapore! Staff was wonderful and the apartment was well appointed with everything we needed.
