We arrived late in the night from a terrible flight and we spent three wonderful days recovering. Best of all was all the help we had from the very generous and friendly hotel owner to plan the rest of our trip in Kerela. he even booked a driver for us. We would. it be more pleased with our stay and we highly recommend the Flamingo❤️

Wonderful front desk staff. Diana went above and beyond to help my partner find his lost glasses.

The hotel location was excellent - 10 mins walk to T-Central station and 15 walk to the old town. The room was cleaned every day and the hotel itself is well maintained. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options, including hot meals. There's a wide variety of things to do at the hotel if one wants to not leave the premises, including a rooftop bar, vibrant restaurant, supermarket, deli (with the best sandwiches), games, lots of cozy nooks for conversations and relaxing etc. I had an early departure, so the hotel reception desk prepared a takeaway breakfast package for me. That was the best sandwich in the whole world!!
