Location of the hotel is amazing. It is in the center of everything. They have red carpet in front of the entrance (and magic door also). So, you can find it easily even when you are very tired. Staff is helpful and nice. They allowed me to check out 1 hour later.

Its uniquely decorated rooms have a flat-screen TV and heated bathroom floors.... The location was excellent. The hotel decor was very interesting. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The outside restaurant was lovely with delicious food.

Hotel Sven Vintappare je smešten u zgradi iz ranog 17. veka, u samom srcu Starog grada u Stokholmu. Hotel nudi sobe sa flat-screen TV-om i nameštajem u stilu Gustava III. The location in Gamla Stan (Old Town) is perfect. So many wonderful things to discover within a very short walk. The house, being over 400 years old, has a charm no modern hotel can match. Indeed the steep winding stairway is not for everyone (it is very narrow and very steep), but it adds a great quality to the hotel. The room was quite large and the somewhat uneven floor gave a really fun aspect to staying. Indeed... it is really a building over 400 years old. Every little detail is done with the greatest of care. It is obvious there has been a lot of thought put into this hotel. The staff was excellent and ever so helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the fact you can get little snacks of pastries, cookies and coffee really when you wanted made it even better than expected. Our flight was leaving late in the evening, but we were able to leave our luggage with no problem making the final day relaxing and easy. If it were possible to rate it higher than 5 stars I would.
