Words can't even begin to describe my satisfaction as I check out of the hotel! I have been traveling for 4 weeks now and stayed in many hotels. While the rooms at this hotel may be on the smaller side, what this hotel lacks in space it beyond makes up for in location, experience, and most of all the absolute amazing staff! The staff at this hotel is so friendly and accommodating and had me leaving every encounter with them with a smile. It wasn't even one specific staff, but every single person! If you stay here and at any point have concerns. Talk to the staff. I can guarantee they will do everything they can to make your day and your stay that better! Personal recommendation. Order some delivery, and ask the staff to sit out on the back balcony as you eat. It's such a peaceful way to enjoy your meal!

Atmosphere, very beautiful and new room with a big comfortable bed. It was so silent, so we could perfectly sleep. This hotel is set in a charming, renovated 1920s postal building, 50 metres from Gothenburg Central Station. It offers 2 in-house restaurants and a rooftop pool with terrace. The location is great, the room was very nice and even though the hotel is in the heart of town it was very quiet in the room. Great breakfast and good restaurants. Very good staff that was always willing to help you.
