Free complimentary upgrade of 1 room enabling my family & I to be on the same floor - very grateful. Rooms are spacious, spotless & stunning. Decor of the hotel & rooms are ornate. Has a palatial ambiance. All staff were amazing. Massive buffet for breakfast & iftaar. A truly 5 star experience from entry to exit. Tad expensive but you are paying for class.
