The location is amazing, the staff are very friendly (all of them) especially Mr islam who was on charge when we arrived. The cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel. The variety of the breakfast and the very friendly staff in the restaurant as well. All in all it was perfect. They keep asking us if we are happy and satisfied. The washing machines room was extremely helpful.

I had the fastest check in and check out. Upon arrival they offered us an upgrade from 1 room to 2 room appartement. The amenities and service were of a 5 star hotel. I really enjoyed the stay. The location is great and surounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The room service was exceptional. They always pick up when i call them and the receptionists were really kind. I would definitely choose their residence if i ever visit Jeddah again

We had an excellent stay here. The property is clean, beds are comfortable and well equipped, location is close to the airport. Breakfast is excellent and staff is very attentive. Possibly the best breakfast we had during our 16 day stay in Saudi Arabia. Bathrooms were immaculate and quite modern. Check in process was swift. I would highly recommend staying here. We booked connecting rooms as we were a group of 7 people and our request was accommodated.

Located in Jeddah, Centro Salama Jeddah by Rotana offers 4-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a terrace. Rotana hotels never let you down. The staff is amazing, very helpful even with minor issues. The whole hotel is very clean. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is amazing as usual. I would definitely go back again with no hesitation.

The iconic 5 star Radisson Blu Hotel Jeddah Al Salam magnificently sits in the midst of Jeddah’s Al Salamah district. Despite the fact that my reservation was non-refundable, I had to leave one night earlier due to an emergency, and the hotel refunded my last night. Great thanks to the staff, especially Mr Aseem and Mrs Raidaa at the reception.
