Swat customer service was friendly and helpful. The apartment room was clean and peaceful. I enjoyed the refreshing towels Swat provided. The room had a large vanity area that my husband also used as his office for the day. The rooftop offered a nice "balcony" area to relax.

Ahmed made our day by upgrading us without even asking. I would definitely be coming back
