Located in Belgrade, 1.8 km from Temple of Saint Sava, Villa 1927 provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a top room (apartment) for a family with two kids, including a private roof terrace. The hotel is located in the center of the city, and from its location, you can reach anywhere close. Google pictures show the building in old times as decaying, but a few years ago, it was completely renovated and made into this hotel. They did a great job, including a good restaurant with excellent food and a great breakfast in the morning. You can reserve a parking spot in their garage when you travel by car. The people of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. Suppose you visit Belgrado for a short (weekend) trip. In that case, this hotel is very much advisable (also with a reasonable price level considering the high-quality level you get for it).

Personale gentilissimo e di grande aiuto. Tutti molto educati e lo staff pulizie velocissimo Camera con 2 letti matrimoniali enormi e nonostante ciò, tanto spazio a disposizione Colazione non con enorme varietà ma buona di sapore Hanno custodito al piano terra 2 passeggini, evitando di farci fare traslochi ogni giorno

Hotel pulito e staff molto accogliente! Abbiamo anche cenato e si mangia molto bene! Parcheggio sul retro e sicuro!

Boasting inner courtyard views, Fenix 1 features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a patio, around 10 km from Republic Square Belgrade. The host was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at ease. We were delayed at the Serbian border and arrived after midnight so he had to wait for us for 2+ hours. Serbs are very eager to help. A neighbour offered to phone our host who promptly arrived at the spot and told us where to park our car. The parking space was in the poch of the house. The house was lovely and clean, beautifully decorated with vintage furniture , one large bed for two people and 2 sofa beds, The room was air-conditioned. We look forward to visiting this place again!

Set within 4.8 km of Temple of Saint Sava and 5.5 km of Republic Square Belgrade in Belgrade, Bulevard Luxury Suites provides accommodation with seating area. The host was extremely professional, any questions I had were answered immediately, she was easy to reach and provided lots of information with pictures about parking, things to do in the local area, how to access the apartment and use the facilities provided. The room is spacious, bright and very clean, exactly like the photos. There’s plenty of storage (bedside tables, double wardrobe, storage bench) and hangers to organise your clothes or store any luggage. There’s a mini coffee station with plates and cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, and a mini fridge with various drinks that you can purchase if needed. There’s a beautiful jacuzzi and a separate shower with great water pressure and temperature for those who like a hot shower. Towels, a blow dryer, q-tips, shower gel, tissues, hand soap and wipes are also provided. Great aircon and heating. The tv has all the apps you’ll need, such as Netflix, YouTube, Disney plus and more. The residents and concierge were so helpful, the building is safe and secure. There’s concierge and great security. There is a shop downstairs that supplies a majority of things you’ll need such as deli style foods, snacks, drinks and anything needed for a short stay. There is a larger supermarket located 5-6 minutes walk, there’s also a small plaza where you can buy clothes, toys, beauty supplies and more. If you’d like something to eat these plenty of coffee shops that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner under 10 mins walk from the property. It’s only a 20 minute drive to the airport and there’s a tram downstairs that you can take to travel locally or to travel to Belgrade centre. For those worried about the language barrier, lots of people speak English or if they don’t just show them a picture of what you need and locals are more than willing to help. I will definitely rebook with this host again. I don’t have a negative word to say about the host nor the property. Thank you so much !
